FP&A Analyst


Summary of Responsibilities:

To assist FP&A Lead in analyses as well as maintaining the schedules created. Work with the Lead to meet the business requirements. Do research on developing business trends. Creation of and analysis of variance analysis.

Job Description:

We are seeking an FP&A analysis to work closely with the FP&A Lead role to drive our financial planning and analysis. This role will be key in doing research to develop business trends. This position will help creation of and analysis of variance reporting. This role will work closely with other members of the Accounting/Finance team as well as business leaders in developing key reporting to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Develop and maintain financial models to better analyze the business

* Regular forecasting and annual budgeting

* Overall maintenance, upkeep, creation and driving efficiencies within the financial modeling and reporting

* Debt covenant calculations

* Understanding industry measures within the industry and applying those to the business

* Assist the FP&A Lead as requested, needed

* Monthly reporting packages as needed or requested

* Ad hoc projects and reporting

Qualifications

* Ability to work independently

* Strong attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal skills

* Ability to interact with multiple levels within an organization seamlessly

* Deadline driven with strong time management skills

* Strong excel skills

* Experience with NetSuite a plus

* M&A Experience a plus

Education and Experience Requirements

* Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field

* 3-5 years + direct experience

* Experience with software and tech enable services a plus

* GAAP knowledge

* Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
