Provide high quality customer service to National Grid's employees and retirees through effective customer management, development of efficient end-to-end processes, and a working knowledge in Defined Contribution "DC" Retirement Plans (401(k) Plan, DC Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan and Non-Qualified Executive Deferred Compensation Pan). Implementing process improvements, encouraging vendors to improve/enhance their service delivery. Optimize administrations and service delivery of DC plans and programs, through coordination of internal and external stakeholders in development of plan provisions and programs that are beneficial to National Grid and their employees.

Annual Salary
$67,000-$79,000
Salary is commensurate with experience.
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
