About the Role:

Pathward is looking for an experienced product management professional to support our Money Movement capabilities, including ACH, Wires, Check, and RTP/FedNow. As a member of the digital product management team, you will have the opportunity to help to modernize and grow these capabilities at one of the highest volume financial institutions in the nation.

The ideal candidate will have strong, real-world experience in building, implementing, and operating money movement functionalityfor financial institutions. Knowledge of applicable regulations and risk management considerations related to payments is a strong plus. The candidate should have the ability to work independently and solve complex problems through the use of analytical skills and domain expertise.

What You Will Do:

  • Create and manage product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications for all payments specific product suites.
  • Ensure product features and processes align with internal and external stakeholder needs.
  • Create and validate user story feature acceptance criteria as well as ensure appropriate testing frameworks for product features.
  • Collaborate with business leads, partner operations, customer success, architecture and engineering and product inputs to assess cross-partner value, scope of effort, usability, and priority of product features.
  • Support or lead product discovery on new product offerings, working with the Product Manager team, strategy team, business partners, and others to identify potential new money movement products and validate the opportunity.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, partners, support etc. to develop product collateral such as product descriptions, presentations and training for a strong go-to market and customer support plan.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in fintech / banking Product Management or wholesale payments, including experience with ACH, wires, check, and FedNow / RTP.
  • Familiarity with bank operations and payment processing.
  • Experience working on complex, mission-critical initiatives with cross-organization impact.
  • Certifications related to payments (AAP, APRP, CTP, etc) preferred.
  • Experience working for a Financial Institution or FI tech provider preferred.

Salary range: $82,918.25 - $153,136.92

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
