About the Role:

Guide, coach, and mentor members of the IT Engineering team. This role is primarily focused on the leadership and development of people and enables self-directed team members to successfully executeagainst their goals within an Agile organization in support of corporate vision and strategy.

  • Participates in Portfolio-level events including Portfolio Reviews, Overall Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Overall Retrospective.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Typically 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Specialization Areas:

  • Server Administration: Maintain and support the organization's on-prem and cloud computing server environment. Basic knowledge and administration of Microsoft O365, Azure, AWS, Windows Server Administration, Unix, virtual servers and Active Directory. Industry certification in Linux, Cloud Administration, Windows Server Hybrid Administration, Microsoft 365 Desktop Administrator.
  • Database Development: Design, develop, maintain and support SQL SSIS packages related to the extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) process with SQL. Write T-SQL queries, stored procedures and functions to perform database tasks such as inserts, updates and deletes. Document end to end data flows, including points of control with 3rd parties that host a system of record. Monitor ETL load process to ensure accurate data feeds. Active member of development scrum team providing appropriate information as to the business requests.
  • Disaster Recovery: Understanding of IT infrastructure, network, storage and security technologies to guide the preparation of related recovery procedures. Familiarity with Cloud is desirable. Project management, planning and organizational skills.
  • Network: Familiarity with networking and/or hardware and software configuration and testing. Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of networks with emphasis on multi-server environment. Working experience with networking infrastructure such as servers, routers, and switches. Industry certifications including; CCNA, AWS Cloud Associate, Azure Cloud Administrator.

Salary range: $119,402.29 - $220,517.17

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
