How You'll Make an Impact


  • You will assist the Operations department with several operational management projects, covering vendor management, project tools, process implementation, and other operations tasks.
    The list below indicates the types of Operations projects on which the intern might work.


    • Support the reporting and analysis of ongoing operational projects
    • Support the roll-out of new initiatives, tools, and processes
    • Support Operations Leadership team in firm-wide strategic planning and project management
    • Support of all office operations- including but not limited to liaising with vendors, procurement of office resources, and enforcement of office safety protocols
    • Support hiring managers via recruitment and onboarding
    • Periodically support special projects and provide general support to cross-functional colleagues.

  • You have the ability to learn new software programs quickly

The Details


  • Flexible but consistent hours - we can work with your schedule to identify which hours make the most sense between 9 am and 6 pm ET, Monday through Friday
  • 15-32 hours a week
  • Hourly Pay: $16.10
  • The internship is from Jan 16-May 19, with some flexibility, and is DC-based.
