POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting various bank departments with projects and daily applications and processes. Must be flexible and able to work while meeting project timelines. This person will report to Human Resources/Lending Team and will receive direction from a designee while supporting the area.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To support one or more of the following bank departments for a specified time frame as planned. The schedule is subject to change as needed by the departments.
    • Loans
    • Mortgage
  • Ability to be flexible and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and professionalism to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with clients and other team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high degree of integrity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Enrollment in college or university preferred.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and professionalism to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with clients and other team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high degree of integrity.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • This position must be able to sit for long periods of time as the position involves most of the time spent at a computer.
  • This position requires little to no travel.
